Daniel will be coming around again

Hey neighbors! Daniel will be coming around again to clean our air vents and dryer vents. He did an excellent job last time, very detailed and professional. I highly recommend him!
If you've been dealing with allergies, noticing extra dust at home, or it's been over a year since your last duct cleaning, this is a great time to get it done.
We’re organizing a group cleaning to get a discounted rate. If at least 5 homes join in, the group rate will be $180 per house. The cleaning date will be scheduled based on everyone's availability.

I have a brand new site for you to pay for psychic readings with your credit card. You can also pay by Venmo, or Zelle.  I would simply e-mail the invoice to you, you would fill out the info, credit card number, name, e-mail address and your phone number, and e-mail it back to me. The prices are the same and so are the minimum of 10 free minutes. 
The prices are as follows: 15 minutes for $55, plus you get 5 more free minutes, 30 minutes for $111, plus 10 more free minutes, 60 minutes for $222, plus 15 free minutes.
Pick the way you want to pay and e-mail me, then I will e-mail my number to call back on.

William is Coming Group Rate $150

Hello Everyone!

We're scheduling a dryer vent cleaning and if anyone else is interested, we can get a group discount.Normally,this services costs $350, but if more people sign up, the price drops to $150 per home! not cleaning your dryer vent increases the risk of fire in your home because lint and dust build up inside the vents,which can become a serious fire hazards.
we've used this service before,and they do an excellent job. (he does duct and chimney cleaning if u need that as well)
