There were speculation of SUV Audi Q3 launch in India which is now been confirmed by the Audi AG head of marketing and sales, Peter Schwarzenbauer. The official announcement of Audi Q3 launch in India has again taken the Indian automobile market to a next level. The success of BMW X1 in the Indian market has grabbed the eyes of Audi, the premium car manufacturers towards the Indian market for there compact SUV Audi Q3. Audi officials has confirmed the launch of Q3 in India by next year. It is expected to be launched in early 2012 at Auto Expo 2012, but there is no official confirmation on that part. Audi Q3 launch will bring a new challenge for its competitive BMW X1 which falls under same segment. Yesterday we attended the launch of first hatchback by Toyota in India. The Toyota Etios Liva, which is a small car with 1.2 Litre engine and is shorter than 4 meters in length has got all it takes to make the competitors be on their toes. The first impressions of Liva based on the specifications, interiors and exterior quality are very positive. We will soon do a test drive review as soon as we get a car for testing. Hyosung has already stepped into the superbike segment with a sport bike Hyosung 650R and a cruiser Hyosung ST7. Considering the price band in which these bikes fall, there is no competition for them since being 650CC machines, they have been priced appreciably low. In the coming year 2012, Garware-Hyosung is planning to introduce three more superbikes into the superbike segment. Importantly, this time the bikes will have less powerful engines, probably in the displacement range of 250CC-400CC. The very first 250CC motorcycle from the brand is expected to be the Hyosung GT250R, a less capacity version of its elder brother 650R.
